Ableton Forum

I bought a Line 6 TonePortUX1 on July 1st from Guitar Center that came with this software. I checked all the packaging and there was no piece of paper that had anything to do with Ableton. How can I receive a number? I have my receipt still, and I went ahead and sent an e-mail to [email protected].

Hi,

You had the good reflex sending a mail to support. You should send a scan of the receipt, so they have a proof of purchase. That is what they will ask for, next!

I just replied to the them with the receipt attached. Is the e-mail support 24 hours a day, or how long do you think I'd have to wait to get a response?
