Improvements

The installing of default packages, which are installed when a certain Live version is started for the first time, is started after the splash screen is closed. Until now the default packages are installed during "splash screen time". A progress bar shows the status of the default package installation process. Furthermore that improvement solves several graphical update problems with the splash screen on Windows Vista.



Bug fixes

On Windows, saving a preset of a rack containing a disabled AU plug-in would crash Live.

8b7 was missing many of the .pyc files that should be contained with the Midi Remote Scripts directory and its subfolders which left Automapping inoperable. After sending the bug report I took the Midi Remote Scripts files from 6.0.7 and put them in the Midi Remote Scripts folder for 6.0.8b7 and now my automapping functions work again including my custom scripts.

We will fix that in the next 24 hours.
