Howdy. I was using a clip titled "Tomorrow AM" in one of my little jams. it was a little synth part. very rhythmic. I still have them in my set, but somehow they disappeared when i uninstalled and reinstalled Live th eother day. The midi notes are there, the sample is missing ("analog square.aif"), and the clip itself (and its 7 variations) is missing.

I've installed all the packs and whatnot that I had before. I'm pretty new to Live and MIDI in general so I don't have many 3rd party things. The only thing I did differently was:

-when I first installed Live, I installed from CD, then I installed the updated 6.07 or whatever.
-when i unistalled, i deleted all the folders and stuff.

-when i reinstalled, i just downloaded the updated 6.07 and installed that. then i installed all the packs, etc. i bypasses installing 6.01 or whatever it would be (CD version).


-Any ideas? I dont know whats up here. I've installed like every pack and I even installed the CD 6.01 just in case. I cant find the clip at all.

Did you have Live 5 installe before installing Live 6 for the first time? And in this case, did you let Live convert your Live 5 Library into the Live 6 format? (if you remember)?

this issue has been resolved. you can delete this topic. I believe the clip was part of a Live 5 Pack I thought I had not downloaded originally. I beleive it was the Simpler Power Live Pack. Thanks anyways!
