Now quite some years later, I'm searching for the solution to the same problem. Any plugins out there that help with eliminating microphone feedback, fx by ringing out the room / eq-ing resonating frequencies.
The Allen & Heath SQ and QU mixers f.x. have a graphical EQ and some functions to make this easy.
