Hey,

Check out the new AudioFinder it has a feature to browse, select a portion of a sound and then drag it to an application. I've been doing this all week dragging to Sampler and it rocks. Saved me a lot of time...

hey,

i asked them about a Windows port and they said that it would be impossible because the program is written in Objective-C Cocoa and uses Apple's Core Audio. None of which exist on Windoze. Anyhow, I kind of like having something Windoze users don't. During the 1990s in the days where it looked like Apple might die, I was constantly being taunted by Windozes users and their huge software library and lack of Mac ports. Turn about is fair play I say... ;)

Now back to my mix... I love Saturdays.

on the windows side the best thing out there is imagelines 'Edison', a little different way of doing things, not all the bells and whistles as audio finder but very very good none the less so if you're on pc checkout edison

gomi,

AudioEa$e the people who bring us the $400 batch converter? Can someone PLEASE explain why BarabaBach coast almost as much as Live?!?! I already have all those features in AudioFinder and they provide free updates. Whereas AudioEase over charges for everything. The Snapper program doesn't have as big a feature set either. I made the mistake of buying Altiverb. Yeah it sounds good, but, their stuff is flakey version to version. I switched to Wave IR which is rock solid.

Have your tried AudioFinder? You can download it and use it now, it rocks now. They let you use for 50 launches without feature limits. Anyhow I like to support small indie developers whenever possible.

Props to them for updating Audiofinder constantly and adding great functionality. This is an awesome app.

Yeah the dragging feature is a real time saver.

Snapper meanwhile, looks great but it was supposed to come out like a year ago.
