i want to import it to Nuendo.

is there a trick some one knows about?

(i remember bumping in to a midi plug that can switch VST automation in to CC
for the use of outboard gear or another vst.., don't know if it could help)

Yeah, I have a similar problem... I'm trying to export tempo automation from one project to another (both in Ableton)...although the new version seems to finally handle cutting and pasting normal arrangement data between projects, I can't get it to work with tempo automation. It may be all automation. Hey, for your problem it could be worth trying an OMF... althought I'm not sure if Ableton supports them. If not, it should. Nuendo certainly imports and exports OMFs and they contain all your arrangement and the tempo biz as well.
