Nope. If you're looking at free stuff, the only program with Rewire capability that I know of is Plogue Bidule.

there's a thread on this, used together with Max/Msp runtime (on OS9). All the info is clear .. tried it.. -> worx .

ah, only asking because they just released an upgrade to Ugly VSTi yesterday. I had tried it in the past and don't want to get involved again unless they're now offering rewire support. It seemed to allude that there was but i guess the lack of clarity would mean there isn't.
The best, best songs are utterly forgettable.
