Remixing Live Lesson Part I - strange warp behaviour?

Hi,
I'm going through the Remixing Live Lesson Part I (on Live 6.0.7) and have seen a strange effect.
I load the Live Set that accompanies the lesson.
When looking at the "hiphop 95" loop in Clip View, I can toggle the Warp button and hear it playing at the original 95bpm and then at the warped 110bpm, no problems.
But when I do the same for the other loop "house 123", the original bpm is 122.73bpm, toggling the warp off/on resets the seg BPM to 121.78bpm. And so when now launching the "loops" scene, the two loops are now slightly out and the automatic synchronisation is lost.
So a few questions:
- is the changed BPM behaviour for the "house 123" loop correct?
- why is the scene synchronisation lost when the seg BPM changes?
Thanks for any ideas.
