Hey all,
Thanks for the replies!
The K&M was exactly the type of thing that I was thinking of...but the price is a little steep for the quality of build described.
Drum hardware is a great idea though, and I'll check some of that out ASAP.
I agree; manufacturers should soon target this blossoming area of sound reinforcment, and provide a variety of products at different price points.
