groove quantization

hi i´ve got a a drum track and that´s not tight with the rest of the arrangement and i would like to quantize it. can anybody please explain how to do this?? i cant get very far with the manual.

the use of warp markers is clearly and simply written out in the manual.

what is there to not understand (unless you don't have the manual)
