ambient/dub/experimental Label Duckbay seeks new artists

Hello everyone ! Hows it going ? why, you ask, and what could a bay called ducks have to do with dub inspired, ambient/experimental electronic music?
For over a year now, duckbay.net has served as the musical output for vancouver based electronic artists segue and deciduous. This started as just a fun idea, a way to get our music out there and get feedback from people around the world.
Now, with several releases out, we are looking to expand our net label and form a community of like-minded artists in the vancouver area for greater support and enhancement of live shows, record releases and such.
Drawing inpiration from artists such as Pole, Deadbeat, Boards of Canada, and classic dub artists such as king tubby, Yabby You and Scratch Perry..... duckbay seeks to give people a place to relax, to contemplate and listen to the sounds of nature and the sounds of dub.
I have been working hard with a web designer to come up with a new design that is more inline with duckbay's direction and feeling.

Along with the launch of the new site, we would like to add new artists to our roster and expand our musical output - Therefore we are now looking for artists unknown or world-famous who are interested in contributing a 4-track album for our site to release.
Liscencing is under creative commons, and at this point we are not charging anyone to download our albums.... we just love releasing music for its own sake.

as far as genres go - we are very open minded so please contact me if you are at all interested.....
