Ableton Forum

For the past few days I've been recording on ableton with my mic and guitar and it's been fine. All of a sudden there's a delay on anything played through my soundcard. The delay only seems to be in Ableton. I can't see anything I've changed but might've done it by accident. Does anyone know what might be the problem. Really appreciate the help because I can't do anything with this silly delay.
