Phonic Helix and Live 6?

Does anyone know if Live 6 will work with Phonic Helix - specifically the Phonic Helix12FW MkII 12-Channel Mixer with FireWire.
I'm considering purchasing one and upgrading to the full version of Live 6 from the Lite version but want to make sure that the Phonic Helix mixer will work.
