Live 6 & Edirol UA-25 - Overall Latency 26ms!!!!!

Hi All,
I get an overall latency of 26ms with Live 6 & Edirol UA-25.
I am using an intel IMAC (brand new) Dual 2.16 Ghz and 2GB RAM.
I have downloaded the latest drivers for the UA 25
Can anyone offer advice ?
