OT: Please help to recognize

Guys and gals, please do a favor - need to recognize words from a track since English is not a native language of mine and i don't get everything. This track is from the old Steve Lawler double CD "Lights Out" called "Canteen - Everyone Else (Maurice and Noble remix)". Love this song madly and will be very greatful to everyone who would be so kind to help me.
