Hi,
You'll have little luck posting these kind of requests in the Bugs&Problems section of the forum. The General section would be better. Also, this subject has been dicscussed quite a lot, try to find older discussion to get the best advices.

If you are looking for studio headphones that give more true response try Sennheiser HD280 Pro Closed-Back Headphones (around $99). I found these were more comfortable than Sony and gave better frequency response overall without too much bass sound. If you are listening for long periods of times you will want something more suited for this use as it will be easier on your ears. If you don't care about coloration of your music then I would recommend going with Bose Tri-port which are usually around $125 on sale. These are very comfortable for long periods of time and sound great regardless of what you are listening to. I like these best because they don't cut off any circulation and I can wear glasses while I am working without any problems. The only thing I don't like is the thin cord. If you are looking for something el-cheapo I am sure you can find something at your local wally world, best fly, or circum cizy. I used to have some Sony ones I got for around $20-25 that was from their "studio monitor series" but my sister's cat chewed through the cord. If you are really on a budget these are pretty good.

Beyer Dynamic DT-770 (around 200 euro), or Beyer Dynamic DT-231 (around 55 euro). Obviously the DT-770 is better, but the DT-231 does a damn fine job. In turns of value for the money, there imo. no brand above or beside Beyer Dynamic. Be surer to check them out.

I read lots of reviews of "AKG k271 Studio" before buying and every review said it's very flat and you can hear details with them. I was looking some kinda alternative to monitors that I couldn't afford).
They're really good. Cost about 160 euros, I think.
Here's a pic:

Me and several of my buddies use Beyer DT-150s.
They go all the way down to 5hz and will make a huge difference to your mixing ability and production. Can't recommend them highly enough

I've got DT-100s which are like the NS10s of the headphone world - so they're accurate and flat, but it feels like having huge suction caps slowly sucking your brain out one beat at a time
the 250s are so comfortable!
