Need a small MIDI foot pedal controller

Does anyone have any recommendations for a relatively small MIDI foot pedal? The Behringer FCB1010 is okay but kind of big. I hate carrying loads of stuff to gigs.
Thanks,

That's kind of interesting I guess. Any other pre-made solutions for small foot controllers?

get a barebone computer keyboard, like this one:

35 usd, airmail included. It has screw terminals, so you can connect stuff to it without even soldering. USB-powered, very small foot print.
The foot-switches themselves are only 1-2 bucks each on ebay, and you can use any industrial-grade button.

There is nothing on there. I think you are wrong about Moog releasing a MIDI foot controller.
Also, that EV-5 has no footswitches.. it needs to have some of these. Maybe I will be forced to buy the Behringer in the end.
Any other suggestions?

The MidiBuddy is great if you're OK using software to conver the program change messages to some other type of control signal.

no,
they ususally feature 1/4 jacks that are connected into most midi controllers
my remote 25 for example has 2 inputs, for expression and sustain pedals wich in midi can be mapped to any cc...
