Vestax VCI-100 .tks file or midi setup help.

Hey, I recently got a new Laptop/ableton Live setup, for DJing live and doing some production. Got a Motu Ultralite, the Vestax VCI-100 and a E-MU Xboard 49 Midi keyboard. I plan on adding the Faderfox soon as well, to add some additional channel controls etc. The real reason I'm here is that I am having trouble setting up the VCI-100 in Ableton to control 2 channels, a 3-band eq, Pinky Pluggo vst, etc. There was a .tks file posted on here by Halcyon days not too long ago (around the time he posted his review on remix.com), that had a work-around for the problem with the platters, as well as a general setup for the unit. However, the link is dead now. Was wondering if anyone knew where another .tks file was, or if you could simply point me in the right direction. Also, if anyone could offer some advice as how to get it all routed correctly. Perhaps there is a simple "Import Settings" switch that I'm not seeing. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. I'm a bit of a noobie to Ableton Live and the forums, but not to production/midi or DJing. Again, thanks for the support. Looking forward to any suggestions.
