imposcar 1.10 + live 6.0.10 bug...confirm please

can another imposcar/live6 user confirm this behaviour?
when running live 6.0.10 at a sample rate of 88.2hz I will add a single instance of imposcar - fine. however when I try to add a second the first one stops outputting sound, the second instance does not output sound either and ableton freezes up but still allows filesaving. Deleting the second instance does not help. the session is crapped out and each time I have to forcequit and start over.
this does not happen with the previous version[s]
if I do the same procedure described above at another samplerate [anything other than 88.2] it allows two instances...and I can even select 88.2 afterwards and it will run - but only *after* adding the second instance *while the samplerate is something other than 88.2*

hi b0unce,
i followed the steps you did but all is fine here.
i can also open more than just 2 instances without any problems on every samplerate...
edit:
oops, i saw you are on MAC, i am on PC here...

ableton's shitty support hasn't replied to my emails and files, there are times when I phone them and get shit sorted but this isn't really one of those situations, a short reply telling me they recognise the problem and will fix it is all I want.
anyways, bump - and looking for confirmation so I can troubleshoot some more if needs be. I work at 88.2 all the time.

i'm running live 6.0.10, imposcar 1.10, and osx 10.4.10 on a brand new macbook, and live has crashed at least 10 times when using the imposcar gui. i hate to say it but im getting a lot more buggy and crashy behaviour from 3rd party plugs on the new mac.

Reproducible here. I reported this to GMedia a long time ago but I think they've been busy with other things. Maybe if you guys report it too they'll make it a higher priority.

thanks fellas. I'll get in touch with Gmedia too. Is it a Gmedia problem tho ? I didn't think so because its only live 6.0.10 that's been messing me about...

Hi,
I've asked our plugin gurus about it, but you may as well send a detailed report to our support, so it rings two bells instead of one. The plugin gurus seem to be busy as well.
Regards,
Amaury

Hard to tell. It works fine in Logic for me but it could be some unhappy impOSCar -> Live interaction. I'd love to see this fixed. impOSCar *still* sounds better to me than 99% of the vsts out there.

Hi Bounce,
i've checked the Gmedia ImpOSCar 1.10 with Live 6.0.10 here and everything works fine. Also had 2 instances playing at 88.2kHz on IntelMac without problems and no crashes or GUI problems.
Maybe you can provide me with some more information, so i can investigate more specific:
- Did your problems only occur with Live 6.0.10?
- Did you tried to trash your preferences while Live ist shut-down and does it still occur after restarting Live?
- Which audio interface are you using?
- Did you tried the AU and VST version of ImpOSCar? Do your problems occur with both version?
- If it crashes again on your machine, could you please send me the OS X CrashLog?
best regards
Henrik

I had a good reproducible test case for this bug with earlier versions of Live. I'll see if I can get it to work with 6.0.10 too.
