Crashing When Quitting

I find that Live is crashing after I quit. Since I've generally already saved, it's more an inconvenience than anything, but it is annoying, b/c I have to restart before I can run it again.
The other thing it's doing is crashing or locking up when I say "yes" to whether I want to delete unused audio files.
Any help here would be appreciated. I'm using 3.02 and OS 9.2.2...
