L609 "not responding" and disk overload lit playin

Hello there!

[sorry wrong post, moved to Bugs and Problems]

I recently recorded 24 audio tracks (48kHz 24bit) and 5 MIDI tracks on my laptop, then transfered the project on the desktop computer (25GB+).
As I begin playing the whole Live set for mixing, the computer hard disks begin an intense activity, the "D" icon indicating disk overload lit, the Live window becomes "not responding", the windows CPU load for Live process stabilizes on 10% and it reads a lot of data from the HD, as is also shown by the HDD led almost always lit. This last for several hours and never ends, so I must hard reset the computer. One time I attempted to leave the computer running alone all the night, but I found it completely frozen at morning (CPU halted: if you press CAPS-LOCK nothing happens on the keyboard, instead the CAPS led status should lit on and off).

Even if I'm a real newbie, this is not the first live multritrack recording I take with and process on Live; this time:
1 - I'm using Live 6.0.9 instead of 6.0.1 and 6.0.7
2 - I recorded more tracks (24 instead of 16, plus some MIDI tracks)
3 - I'm using more bit depth and an higher Fc (24 bits @ 48kHz instead of 16bit @ 44.1kHz)

I'm really stuck on this issue. I asked Ableton support also, but they didn't replied yet. Can anyone suggest something in this case?

Thank you all!
