"stop" in Ableton live stops Arkaos?!?

I'm playing Arkaos with clips in Ableton Live, sending notes via the IAC bus to Arkaos to trigger movies. When I stop the song in Ableton Live, with mouseclick or midi, Arkaos playback ist stopped. How can I prevent this? Arkaos should keep on playing between songs.
I can see that the Arkaos "midi" LED is blinking when I hit stop. Arkaos synth is set to receive on channel 9 only; keys are set to "latch" in Arkaos.
