I'm new to live and this Musi Tech thang. Love love love it!!!! soooooooooooo powerful..I'm verry disapointd with the quality of music I'm hearing on this forum thus far...it is improtant to study music theory and learn to play an instrument.

I'm actually more of a jazz/funk guy...these recordings done with Live are a bit rocked out...loads of fun!

I thought your first and last songs were good...the first is well produced and solid. I really like the blues jam on the last song.

I don't think it's fair to be so harsh on a forum that is composed of musicians of many different levels of experience, all the way down to the occasional hobbyist. Nobody here is trying to get signed by a record company by sharing their music on the forum, it is users of all experience levels sharing creations by the Live platform.

I think honesty is always good, but so is tact.

Thanks for pulling back down to Earth. I agree. It is important to be supportive of others who are interested in music creation. However, it is also important to pass on to others- especially the neophytes-the importance of learning some music theory. While there is nothing wrong with just having fun with this stuff, if us seasoned musicians don't pass on a work ethic, we could end up with a whole generation of button pushing technologists. If the cream doesn't rise to the top we will end up with homogenized music,

I was in Guitar Center the other day and there were several Fathers and Sons/Daughters in there. I was amazed at how good some of the kids sounded on guitar-girls too! If they can do it so can the people on this forum.
