Asio+ mac

Hi, does anyone know whether Macs have ASIO drivers that support M-Audio's Firewire Audiophile? I can only find references to USB ASIO drivers for OSX. Which one is better between the two (FW/USB) for the Mac? Thanks
Also, would anyone know of a good xpress card alternative to M-Audio's Firewire/USB audiophile?

Mac's don't really have ASIO drivers (at least like people are familiar with them under windows). M-Audio does have a CoreAudio driver for OSX available from their site, though. You should download the one specific to your exact card, of course.
As for your question about good xpress cards, I've not used them but heard good things about Apogee. Apple's pretty much in bed with them these days, so you can probably expect a well-supported driver from them.
