Or Live's Ping Pong Delay
Or Live's Filter Delay
Or Live's Grain Delay
I personally prefer Ping Pong Delay->Saturator->AutoFilter->Feedback...

hmm... guess i will have to learn how to use ableton's simple delay without beat sync or something like that.
simply it the fx doesnt sound the way i want...
i tought theres a difference between echo and delay in a way it samples and replays audio.

How do you expect it to sound?

No.

try filtering yer repeats (which is where filter delay comes handy)
you should be close
however me prefers fabfilter timeless delay plugin, just for the sound of it (and yes, excellent echo emulations there are)

A delay is a circuit that "delays" an incoming electrical signal by an amount of time.
You can mix this delayed signal in with the original signal to produce an effect that makes an audio signal sound like it has an echo.
Most musicians call the effect "delay" even though they are usually used to mimic the sound of an "echo".
But sometimes its called "echo", like in an echoplex, which is a brand of tape-delay.
The "delays" that come with Live can create echoes. Make sure your mix isn't turned up to 100% or down to 0%. If you want your echoes in perfect sync with your song, turn on the tempo sync option. If you want several echoes, turn up feedback. The manual covers all of this.
