Ear Rape Contest!

Alright ladies,

Here is your chance to take a breather from talking about Logic 8 and actually get some music making done.

The idea is to make the worst /most annoying piece of musical feces that you can conjure up. This concept is blatently ripped off from another forum, however, it had such funny responses I'd thought I'd put forward the same contest here!

Rules of the contest are:

1. You can take no longer than 1/2 an hour to make it
2. It can't just be noise, but an organised catastrophe
3. Don't just upload a Nickleback song
4. It cant be longer than 2 minutes, preferably one minute.
5. It can't be a track you actually like and just want to post it under the guise of "oh it's shit", just so someone will tell you they like it.
6. People with 10,000 posts or more cannot enter*

Judging will be decided from the number of "woohoo" & "awesome" posts that your mp3 gets.

Here is the entry that my lovely woman and I did to get things rolling.

AND..... BEGIN!!!

*May be a lie

I'm not at my pc right now but if someone could take any random file on your computer (other than a wav or mp3) and open it in cool edit you'll realise it spits out the craziest noise you've ever heard.

try .dll files. or text files. just anything laying around on your computer and then open it in cool edit you'll see what I mean.

it's me, a tour manager and a monitor engineer bored one afternoon...
all done extremely quickly in live while on the tourbus.
stories told by the tm are true...he is italian, thus the italian pop band motif.
enjoy.

EDIT: I moved the song to the last track on the playlist because I am getting messages from people horrified by this track along side the rest of my tracks. I'll leave it on the site but this thread has the potential to outlast that Live 5 test post that continues to be used for some retarded reason, and this is not the track I want to be known for.

UNEDIT

Fuck, a half hour isn't a lot of time but I gave it a go.

It's only a slight blend of funk, classical, and electro with some old school rap stylings.

Check it out here:

Top song called Yo Yo Ho. I hope it holds to the annoyance standard we are trying to achieve here.

Hey, strange things happen here. My ears are already bleeding, and i'm manic smiling....

In this mood i made this little contribution - quick and with nothing more
than a "Florian Silbereisen" CD ( german schlager music) and Live.

hence the name : "Florian's Silbereisen"

hope it annoys you !!

Fhew, what a beauty! Not sure you're doing your music career any favours by keeping it at the top of your playlist though. Your other stuff's ne bad.

Couldn't get anyone else's efforts to work sadly, damn work computer.

Slightly disturbed by the thread title, I have to say.

Yeah I think that is degrading the Lance Romance quality of the rest of the music on the site but I think this song has gotten the most traffic to the site in months. I like the other posters' musings much better.

This thread is a great idea but you can hardly expect people to stick to the rules. I remember a site a while back that my friends would frequent that they would post a topic or style and then people would have a couple days to a week to submit a song. There was some pretty hilarious stuff on there. I wish I remember what it was (is?).

Mine starts out annoying by sampling.... drum roll... the Live click!

Gets sort of break-corey at the end. Extra points if you spot the Jon Stewart audience sample, too.
