Live 3.0 won't open any more...

My Live 3.0 won't open anymore!!!!Suddenly, without warning...my Live 3.0 won't open. I originally bought Live at 1.5. upgraded on line to 2.0 and then bought upgrade to 3.0. After working fine for many weeks. Suddenly, it won't open. Its message is that it is not an error, it just quits after displaying logo. I tried to upgrade to 3.03 and same thing happened. I have had no problems up till now.
I am on Mac ibook running 10.2.3 with 600 plus MB RAM and 800 ghz processor I believe.
Any idea on how to get my 3.0 to run again?
Can you send disc with 3.0 on it?
How about newer upgrades?
