Ableton Live 6 putting numerous warp markers

I have been working with LIVE 6 fine but today it started putting numerous warp mrkers each time i added an audio file in Live set. Also the BPM is about +10 of the original Bpm of the file. When i play the file the sound cracks and even i turn the warp off it still cracks. I have re encoded my all mp3 file to 320k, CBR but still its doing it. What could be the reason?
