firewire 410 & delta live no sound in or out

purchased m audio firewire 410. running panther 10.3.3. have all comp and live preferences set to 410 device. 410 showing output thru firewire connection. able to adjust volume to montiors hooked up to outputs on 410 mixer screen with mouse. utilities audio/ midi set to firewire410. NO OUTPUT in from 410 or out thru 410 from delta live. switch to built in audio in prefrences and get audio thru comp spkr but still nothing into delta. anyone have any suggestions? is this panther software update an issue? have never used any other os version of panther but latest. anyone else having problems of this nature. none of my apps (delta live,spark, reason will output thru 410........help please.

Did you install the latest driver from the M-Audio Homepage?
10.3.3 works fine on my G4 PB 1,25GHz 10.3.3 with Live and all other Audio Apps I use.

downloaded the latest 410 driver off the m-audio site and installed clean before i first ran everything for the first time. the 410 still reads 1.0.1 in the about page of the mixer screen instead of 1.0.3. the unit works on my roomates mac using jaguar 10.2.8 hence the os theory. m-audio tech is going with the os story and covering the fact that they may not have all the bugs worked out. it is new to them so i hope another driver is avaiable soon. the 410 works/sounds great w 10.2.8 but i can't look back now. panther starts up so much faster than jag i'm spoiled. thanks...............

hey lookie there, problem solved......i bought a motu audio interface and sound in & out just like that. thanks for nothing m-audio and your "it's your stuff not working not our stuff" attitude. update your stupid drivers...
