hi guys,

i just did a really nice dj set recorded into arrangement view from session. it was perfect except for one mistake i made where i looped a whole 2 min section of a track by mistake.

after saving i went into arrangement to see if i could remove the 2 min section of unwanted looping.....however, when i do this i am left with a huge 2 min gap in my mix. can i remove this white gap so all the proceeding tracks, eq, volume markers ect shift back at the same time?

i've considered adding another 2 mins to replace the blank space but it sounds shit...i really need to remove that section altogether.

thanks

select everything after your chunk of silence and just drag it back. or revert to when the section you want to delete still existed, place the loop region brace over what you want gone and use the 'cut time' command.

Select the blank 2 min and hit cnrtl-shift-x or in the edit menu select "cut time"

when you export the set to ableton does it not change the whole bpm of your set to one specific bpm value?

It doesn't if you turn Warp to "off" in the set's audio clip.
