i just finally upgraded from live 2.1.1 to 3.0.4 today been a bit lazy.

at first i was expecting my waves l2 to work. it didnt i put all my vsts in
my user directory and walla waves works (wish i could afford more of these babies)

but my ohmboys delay ohmboyz pro 1.34 dosent show up it did in my old version of live and i am trying to finish a song which that plugin is instrumental in the overall sound.. what could it be

i am on os 10.2.8. ive done lots of rescan with alt/option

please help. need to get going with this project for a live show..
anyone else with this problem

I never had any problems with any of the Omhforce plugs with Live...


10.2.8, Live 3.04, Ohmboyz, Mobilohm, Quadfrohmage...

neither did i till now..

arghhhhhhh and i love my ohmboyz... it has to be something with live

anyone else having this problem as support hasnt given me any solutions

i want my ohmboyz.

fuck it i guess ill just use logic and forget live and its bugzzzzz

puhleasse, Live is about the least buggy app imaginable, feel free to gig with logic to prove it to yourself

I've had this happen a few times where a vst fx just up and disappears...

to get it back I generally have to point the vst directory somplace bogus... let it snoop around... and then point it back to the correct directory...

for some reason this gets it to reanalyze all the vst's again, where as if you just tell it to rescan it won't necessarily like to pick up ones that it thinks are already hosed...

this has worked for me twice in the past.

ahh gaspmode your trick worked.. they really need to fix that bug..
maybe if they used au's it work alot better.. i still like this program..
i just have to do most of my work in logic and bounce with effects so this dosent stutter during a live situation..

it would be nice if they had a larger master meter as well. or something that tells you where your preaks are
