Best/Easiest Way to Create a Score

Hi, I have to give in my GCSE Music Composition next week and i need to give in a score of all of it. Please could someone give me a way of doing this? I know programs like Sibellius and Cubase make their own scores but I have no idea how to do one with Ableton Live (Especially the drum patterns).
Please advise.

You could export the midi files from ableton into sibelius and that should load it up as a score. Of course it wont be quite as simple as that in practice but thats the basic theory.

If this is the best/only way to do it, could you explain how to do this fully please? (Sorry for asking so much but I really need it).

you can't make a score in Ableton. I believe sibelius can real-time notate, though, so you can just send midi from Live to Sibelius.
Get Sibelius, and read the manual. Then read the manual on exporting midi from Live and you should be set...

i find rufies and/or hard alcohol work well when trying to score.
of course, there's always the old standby; the ether-soaked rag.

Does it have to be in conventional music notation? A piano roll is a kind of score after all. otherwise your only options are to export the midi and import it into a notation program or to transcribe it by hand, which might be the best option actually.

Although Sibelius, Finale and Notion are dedicated programs for this type of work, if you run other DAWS such as Cubase SX2/3/Cubase 4, Logic, Sonar PE, DP etc, there are (limited, some more limited than others) scoring options available to a certain extent.

i had to do this last year...
depends on how many instruments u are scoring for..
try get everything to midi file. and then merge them into one single MIDI file with different MIDI channels by importing them all into another daw.. I did this part in Cubase as Ableton doesnt support them.
export the merged midi file and let Sibelius, or Finale open the file... and all you channels should be there, if you choose the instrumentation correctly.
