Has anyone else paid for any ableton live versions using Paypal?

If so when does your serial number show up so you can activate and unlock it?

Funny you should ask... I did this yesterday.

I received my serial number about 3 hrs. later in an email. Check your local time and then check Germany's time. Not sure if there is a difference or by how much but I'd guess Ableton HQ probably close around 5:00pm just like anywhere else. Maybe you will have to wait until tommorow?

The good thing is Ableton provides the best customer support out of any software compnay period. They have always been great anytime I have upgraded or switched computers, etc.

Once you have your serial number, check your log in information on this site. Under your registered products it should show you your new serial number. Then, run the installer for Live 6, after download is complete move the folder in your applications folder (assuming you use a Mac) and double click the black Live icon.

You will be then asked to enter your serial number. For some reason, I remmeber this auto filling on it's own but maybe you need to enter your serial number in yourself. Dunno. It then says thank you and tells you to enjoy.
