Hello,

I have serials for Live Lite 5, Live Lite 6, Live 5, and Live 6 (updated from Live 5). I currently work off of a Windows-based laptop with Live 6. I just bought an iBook and would like to have a version of Live on there too, but I don't know what I can or can't do with these licenses in this regard. Can I put Live 6 on the mac? Live 5, or any of the Lite versions? Any help would be great.

I emailed Ableton a few days ago but haven't heard back from them yet.

What really happens?

Will access be blocked to one of the computers while the other one is working, or will it be disabled forever?

if youve upgraded from 5 to 6, then you dont have any fulll Live 5 licences at all if you want to use 6.

You can use each of the Lite versions on two separate computers, but not at the same time.

You can use two installations of Live 6 on different machines, as long as its not used at the same time.

What happens if both are used at the same time?

It says in the manual that 'its on good faith that you don't use them at the same time' or something like that anyway. I'm guessing nothing happens but you break Abletons trust.
