Have just bought a new computer with Vista preloaded only to discover that my Tascam US-122 isnt supported and wont be for some time so I need a new one...problem is which one?

I am am reading some mixed reviews for the (now quite old ) focusrite saffire, which, on paper at least, seems to cover all bases ...present and future. Any card I do buy would have to be along the same lines quality and function wise

I do a lot of audio recording so that is easily the most important part for me

any sugestion anyone? Budget is <£300

I am using novation sl , korg padcontrol, behringer B1, AKG c1000s (its not performing very well with tascam), live 6, intel duo6550 2gig. loads of guitars.

:) ta

You always can get rid of Vista and install XP in your new machine, would be cheaper than buying a new soundcard.
