Warp marker problem

Hi guys,
I can't figure out why ableton is doing this ...
Ok, so I zoom in and set my warp marker on the first beat of the track -->
Then I zoom in further to check its def. right on and look! It jumps back -->
I zoom out again and it jumps back to the correct place (as in the first pic)
Anyone else had this problem?

ps. I'm using live 6 with mp3 files
