hi all,

im trying to set up 2 machines running live and sync the midiclock

hardware:

1 laptop with live
1 pc with live
1 midi controller bcr2000 with usb and midi in/out/thru
1 gameport midi adaptor

connections:

laptop -> usb -> bcr2000
pc -> gameport midi adaptor - bcr2000 to connectors in + thru

i have set the bcr2000 to USB mode 3, which should enable the USB
in/out functions and also the MIDI in/out/thru interface. i have enabled
all related midi settings in both live's to receive and send track,sync and remote signal. still, setting one of the live's to EXT sync doesn't play them
in sync. one starts and the another doesn't make any move.
tried also the other way around, changing the EXT sync live, with the same
result.

could somebody help me out?

have you tried just one midi cable - bcr2000 out to gameport in, laptop sends clock, desktop should sync up fine?

Yes i tried that too, but the desktop doesn't seem to see a clock signal...
