I'm glad that Digweed has moved up because his Transitions Compilations are great and that Armin has moved up because he is infinitely better than Tiesto and Van Dyk

Dj's?

Where's :

Z-TRIP rectangle and qbert?

Thought that trance died some years ago, how can it be that the top 3 is filled with kiddy disco dj's?

politics. straight politics. i been seeing this sae list since 98...where the fcuk is giles peterson? where are the beat junkies? Where's Rich medina? Where's jazzanova? Where's dimitri from paris? The magazine's title is DJ yet they only stick to the same $hit they did last yer. I am not saying everyone should be eliminated from the list but for christ sake throw someone in the top 5 who isn't tarnce.

this is why i stopped reading that mag a while back. i go and watch a dj set not for the name but for the set/experience.

atuall i voted for them as a write in....but the dudes at dj mag were probably like no one listens to hip-hop/downtempo anymore let's just throw this guy's entry away and put his votes for pvd, armen van buren, tiesto....don't get me wrong i still listen to pvd and tiesto here and there, but i don't ride their d1cks like dj magazine does. ok enough about me being bitter.

when i read music mags i stick to the bread and butte anywys: remix, scratch, mojo, urb, waxpoetics, cmj, fader, and mixmag.i'll enjoy those titles instead of complaining.

agreed, they are missing the turntablists, but its not really about turntablism, that's what the dmc etc are for...

and I think you meant top 2..
