transfer from mac to pc

when u transfer a session from mac to pc....if there are audiounits missing, you drag a replacement vst version ontop live crashes and closes instantly

yes that version, if look at my other post i've had other problems with 6.0.10

Just experienced the same problem when I transfer a file from my laptop-install to my desktop DAW (both PCs). Both installs are updated to 6.0.10.
Live will just close before it even pulled up the project.
Don't know yet if this is consistent.

possible solution for anyone else running into this problem:
check to make sure that all your plugins are the same versions, same point release, etc.
I finally traced it down to a single plugin in my case that caused the shutdown. Once I updated to the same version, it opened fine.
Just too bad that there was no error message giving me a hint.
Took a lot longer to find the culprit this way, with or without Ableton's help.
