SampleTank - Did I Miss Something?

Hello everyone! I'm checking in to see if anyone is able to use SampleTank successfully in Live 6.0.10. I've always had trouble with SampleTank/SonikSynth/Miroslav in Live. If I use these in Session view, they seem to work just fine. But, whenever I use them (I'm now trying with ST 2.5) in Arrangment view, I get frequent crashes. Has anyone ever figured out how to work around this, or is there something I should do that I am missing? Any insight would help me out a lot. It seems like some users are using SampleTank successfully from what I'm seeing in other posts, so I just wanted to check if I've missed something. I'm running Microsoft Vista, Live 6.0.10, and SampleTank 2.5.

I come from a bad experience with SampleTank & Live on XP.
Now I use Mac OS X and no problems at all.
The difference might be that IK Multimedia doesn't meet VST 2.4 requirements (on Mac I use AU). It might even be that it's too early for Vista, I do not know...
Which VST version comes up in Live's VST Browser?

Thanks Pasha! - It is showing up as SampleTank 2.5. Since version 2.2.2 it was supposed to be fully VST 2.4 compatible, but I've never had success. This is both in Vista and on my XP machine. It really stinks cause I love the sounds in ST/Miroslav/SonikSynth, but they are kinda unusable right now...

Just an idea - you could try asking about this problem in the KVR Sonic Reality Forum as this forum deals with a lot of stuff related to IK Multimedia products.

I am using ST 2.0.7, older but it runs just fine in XP with Live 6.0.10

Are you guys using session view AND arrangement view? Sampletank/SonikSynth/Miroslav work fine for me as long as I stay in session view. Can you use multiple instances? If I open/close plugin window a few times in arrangment view and start/stop playback, it will crash. Anything like that?
