Full screen video + Full screen Live -bug

When Live is in Full screen mode and you put the video to full screen too and then double click the video to make it go to window mode again, Live shows it's menu bar after this (File, Edit.. etc).
When in full screen mode, they don't normally show, but using full screen video and returning from it makes them appear and then they keep on behaving incorrectly after that.
Can anyone confirm?
