i am running indigo dj sound card with live
how do i configure it to independently hear samples

You have to open the indigo console window to configure to select which outs are used for pre-listen and main out. Have you got this far?

i have been using it with trkator and i am familiar with the console, do you have to use all 8 virtual outs( I.E ONE FOR EACH SECTION)

I designanted 3/4 for prelistening and 5/6 for house, in the options section in Live, in console I just mapped these to the physical outputs
