and I promised not to be a bane in your backside if you did, and it's true I have nothing to complain about.

but..........

Can I please have some gravy with those biscuits...........Please?.........

the slicer is phenominal and I knew you'd do it your way and that it would be
something special, but most people don't just slice loops and leave them the way they came, most folks (at least i hope) use them as blocks of audio to create something original with and to that end + hush my mouth for saying it but we really neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed Groove features.
it is nice that once audio is sliced it retains it's groove but not remotely as necessary as the need to apply ones groove desires on ones own behalf.

I know you hate reason. I do to, but I wish their re-groove was a vst that we could use in ableton. please Abes, lets do it together, lets create a groove feature that is easy to use and kicks the re-grooves ass, something
that swings like a mofo in any direction, is easy to use, that is funky as hell
and that by all means does not use the freakin 'rack feature' ie: see easy to use. A groove feature befitting this wonderous slicing marveL.

Abe, if you put Gravy on these biscuits I will eat forever more.

I can't speak for any future implementation requests, but I will say that nearly all of think that Reason absolutely rocks.

and so it begins....
Actually, Stale Bread's entreaties for the slicer (which I haven't even tried yet)
remind me of what impresses me about a true democracy. (I won't conjecture about what this consists of,) but it was cool to see someone who was a user, who knew that a feature would be needed and wanted by others as well as himself and raised a "polite" stink.
And it was really cool to see the Abes listen and implement so effectively.
Anyway, bottom line, I didn't think I needed a slicer out of recycle. Now, I'm ravenously awaiting L7.
And i'm sure a groove function like SB describes would be bitchin.
