Hey guys, I'm thinking of purchasing an outboard compressor. What's the best way to incorporate it into my current setup with Live? Do I just route an output from my interface to the comp and then back into an input?

Yep, and then adjust for the round trip latency caused by sending audio out and back through your sound card.
