Best sites for free VST and samples

Hi,
Just looking for a few names of the best sites for free VST plugins and samples. KVR for vst is the main one I can think of, but is there any more?

Hi,
Those two plus KVR will be plenty I think! I guess googles my best bet for free sample sources.
