BOSS FOOT PEDAL as remote control suddenly does not work!

Hey,
I am completey desperate.
I am working with a KORG Triton Extreme, Firewire 410 interface and Ableton Live 6 (newest version) on a macbook (10.4.11 tiger!).
I connected a BOSS foot switch over "foot switch" with the Triton Extreme and this one is connected with the interface via MIDI. I let Live learn to disable the loop e.g. by kicking the pedal.
This normally worked with the correct mode (relative 14bit???). But now SUDDENLY it disables the loop when I press the pedal AND enable the loop straight again when I release the pedal. So it interprets two signals from the pedal, normally it was only one signal...
That sucks! I tried everything!!!! Can you please help me?
