Help with Recording

I have a RCA Cable that connects from my laptop to a DJM 800 from pioneer, how can I record with ableton with that cable?
check if your card inputs are active and that the good driver is selected.
go back into ableton
pop up and audio track ( ctrl+T )
set it record ready, check if the audio from your pioneer kick's in.
if so, press record
