Pioneer EFX-1000 Pitch Echo plugin???

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good VST or AU delay plugin that also has pitch shifting. Right now I use my pioneer EFX-1000 but I was wondering if I could get a plugin that could make similar sound. I have been playing with Ableton's Echo filter and it almost works the same however it just doesn't have as much control.
