The best way to export tracks from LIVE to PRO TOOLS, etc

I know you can do it by rendering wave files, and selecting the track that you would like to render, etc. But that can take forever, especially if you are dealing with 20 plus tracks or so .

I know in logic there is a certain file extension that you can save your song as, and when you export it, it will put all the tracks in their rightful place
automatically.

Is there a slicker way to do this in ableton? ....I do my pre-production and pre-mixing with ableton ( love it), but for master mixing, that goes to the studio, and most studios use pro tools, etc, so I would like to be able to export my music to them with no issues or time consuming adventures

P.S: I can't wait to get my hands on Live 7, the 64 bit audio engine sounds killer.

Check it:
Go to Render.
Choose "All Tracks" under Render Track.

This is done by exporting .OMF files

they are like standard arrangement-page files that include the audio files.

Live does not this option (Sonar, Logic, Cubase, etc do, however), so the 'render all' is probably the best option, that or rewire the tracks and record the audio into Protools.

rewire = no external plugins, bounce the tracks and then rewire maybe.

there should be an option to export all tracks together with their particualar returns instead of exporting the return tracks as own files..

It would be pretty sweet to have omf files from live..
