Clips won't playHello all you ableton useros!

Hello all you ableton useros!
following problem appeared on my live 6.
had a live set running, suddenly i was no longer able to start a clip. when i hit the play button on the clib it started, but there was no sound, and no sign for audio output in the volume fader area.
strange ey?

ok...just figured out that every second track does play!
I have 6 tracks with about 8 clips in every one.
The settings are the same. its just that my 2,4 and 4 track does play when i hit play and track 1,3 and 5 does not!
WTF!

post screenshot maybe.
Why don't clips play:
Is the track volume turned up?
Are they muted? Or the others soloed?
Does the loop brace surround a silent section of the clip?
Is the output disabled/not set to master?
Do you have effect plugins that squash the volume somehow?
etc...

hey..thanks for answering...
yes the volume is turned up, its not muted, the others are not soloed.
the thing is....i tried to open up a new track ....put the clips in the new tracks, deleted the old tracks ---> everything solved! i have no idea what this was.
I have to say though, that i reinstalled my mac os x today because of some irritation between my edirol fa 66 interface and the mac os 10.4.11
i reinstalled my ableton live today aswell!
BUT
the problem appeared yesterday aswell while doing the live set for about 1 hour!
I really hope this is not gonna come back!
got a gig on saturday...

naja...der x fader war immer in der mitte....komisch...hab jetzt 2 std gearbeitet und nix is passiert....scheint wieder in ordnung zu sein... mal schuan...werds bis samastag noch auf herz und nieren testen---

ey man...
sorry... i was just saying, the x fader was in the middle...and i tested my live set for 2 hours now and it seems to work...but who knowas.....
